From Amazon Alexa, to care robots, to algorithms approving home loans, technology is embedded in our lives.

We cannot imagine a future without technology. And as technology advances, we need to consider its role in society: in our lives, communities, and the world.

Your goal: make a painting, sculpture, song, or any piece of art that explores your relationship with technology. It can be to illuminate an issue with tech, reflect on how you use tech, or illustrate the future of tech: it’s up to you how you want to express your creative abilities and what aspect of technology you would like to focus on.

You can send in a picture, recording, or another form of media of your piece using the google form, and in a few sentences, explain how your work relates to the theme. If you have any questions feel free to email us. We will be creating a rubric and announcing more details soon.

Thank you to our sponsor Open Roboethics for their support!

We look forward to seeing your work! Good luck!
